WHY CHANGE?

Overall we are restructuring the way that we operate in order to produce content for our clients with our Animation Team Members & Partners more efficiently. Over our 4 years operating Loose Change Animation, we have found methodologies that enable us to produce content in much more optimal ways will enable us to Streamline all of the stages of Animation: Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production

We’ve taken our experiences from repeatedly going through these production stages, and have formalized a proprietary comprehensive, adaptive Project-Building-Calculator that allows us to plug in different variables in-order to quickly build project frameworks & quotes for prospective clients. This Project-Building-Calculator has been implemented internally and we have begun building projects quotes out of modular products with fixed costs - rather than starting from scratch for every project.

The things we are changing are essentially more proficient means of operation based upon our team’s years of operating Loose Change Animation. Loose Change Animation is still a Multimedia Animation Production Company, ready and able to make a wide range of Animation and Still content for your next:

Music Tour Visualizers, Music Video, Instagram Post, Tweet Spree, Google AD Campaign, Spotify Canvas Animations, Facebook / IG Face Filter, Video Game Models, TV Show Pitch, Clothing Designs, Company Branding, or any other digital media platform.

WHAT’S THE CHANGES FRAMEWORK?

As we’ve made project after project, we’ve found reoccurring steps in the Animation development process, that have allowed us to build an adaptable framework that we stretch and pull for each new partner’s needs. This is reflected in the core of our new Project-Builder as we aim to elevate and embellish the voice of those we have the opportunity to work for.

Animation Developments can vary widely from one project to another depending on what a client needs. Sometimes Per-Production, writing and designing a project from scratch can take twice as long as production, or 2/3rd of a budget … so we severed them!

Breaking up all of these parts will allow us to offer a wider range or more affordable products, our clients to more quickly review their options, and everyone to decide what they need more quickly based upon a readily available & adaptable Animation Production Framework.

These changes are designed to optimize all of the processes for both our Clients, Managers and Animation Team Members, who we consider to be our Partners in a shared creative to make exciting and cool Multimedia Animation content.

Building an Animation as a team is a bit like A-Morpheus enigma that we brainstorm, develop and solve as a team. This cherished intersection where your ideas meet ours is where some of the magic happens - where unique and novel ideas flourish from the taps of everyone’s individual and shared inspirations. Communicating and selling an animation to a someone is a whole other puzzle in and of itself that we have honestly really enjoyed unraveling as well.

We try to build rapport and friendships with everyone that we have the opportunity to work with, and enjoy both the work we do and people we work with. These Changes will ease these processes, and allow for a more enjoyable and easygoing experience for all Partners involved.

WHAT IS COMING IN THE FUTURE?

We are in the process of creating new Animation Education materials for this website so that we can enter into client relationships with a more mutual understanding of our Product offerings, and allow for easier communication overall.

As a part of this, we are developing and adopting new internal and client facing systems to communicate both the total framework of a project and project elements through the Animations Development Phases. Our long-term goal is that eventually anyone that visits this website will be able to browse and build project frameworks so that we can enter consultation with an entire project in hand.
